Emphasis is placed on correct body alignment, coordination, balance, flexibilty, and strength building. Attire: Girls: leotard and tights. Boys: t-shirts and jazz pants. Intro to Acting

This class focuses on the tools necessary for any performer, including physical and vocal warm-ups. Your child’s self-esteem will grow through group participation, observation exercises, theatre games, and introductory monologue work and scene study.

Creating with Words

Use your imagination to brainstorm and create your own stories with the help of a professional writer. You will have the opportunity to work with visiting story­tellers, poets, and actors to develop your creativity! Prerequisite: Students must know and be able to write the alphabet, but do not have to know how to read.
