Session Length

The thirteen week spring session begins January 29–April 28, 2007.

Hours of Instruction

Mondays–Thursdays 3:30–8pm
Saturdays 10am–3pm

Special Saturday Seminars

Please enroll at least seven days prior to each Special Saturday Seminar. Payment will be due upon registration. A minimum of five students must be enrolled for each Seminar to take place.

Rescheduling Private Lessons

Students are allowed one rescheduled lesson pending their instructor’s availability. Students who miss group classes will not have the opportunity to make them up.

Payment Plans

KCYA offers the option of a four-installment payment plan during the course of a session with prior approval from the Registration Office.

*Discounts and Referrals

Early enrollment discout: Take up to $50 off each group class when you enroll before December 31, 2006. Actual discount amount varies per class, see specific class details.
Multi-class discount: Take 10% off of your total tuition when you enroll in more than one group class.
Refer a friend discount: Take 10% off of one group class for each new referred student who enrolls in a group class or private instruction.

Sorry, private instruction, Special Saturday Seminars and Spring Break Camps do not qualify for these discounts.

End of Semester Presentations
Each class will participate in an end of session presentation. Older students in more advanced classes will perform in the Spring Showcase on Saturday, April 28, 2007.

Scholarships

KCYA offers scholarships for tuition assistance for families with various levels of income. Eligibility will be determined through a financial formula based on income and number of children in your household. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation and Refund Policy

KCYA reserves the right to cancel any course with fewer than three students enrolled. Timely registration will help keep your chosen course open, so enroll early! Should KCYA cancel a course due to low enrollment, you will receive 48 hours notice and a full refund of the fees paid.

If you withdraw your child from a course prior to the first day of class, your tuition will be refunded less a $10 processing fee per course. No refunds will be given after the second meeting of any class except for documented medical reasons.

Student Drop Off & Pick Up Policy

Students under 12 must be walked to and from class by an adult. Students who are attending more than one class should not be left without parental supervision if there is a break between classes.
